Subject to Approval
All requests to use the church building or its grounds are subject to approval by the vicar and churchwardens.
For charitable events we charge £12 per hour (to cover heating and lighting).
For non-charitable events we charge £12 per hour (to cover heating and lighting), plus a donation to church funds.
If alcohol is to be sold within the ticket price or at point of sale, then a local authority licence must be obtained and sent to the PCC Secretary one week before the event.
If you plan to use your own electrical equipment, please ensure it is PAT tested.
